Integrity policy

We handle the security of your personal data with maximum respect and consideration. With this integrity policy the Lundberg Foundations wishes to describe how we ensure that personal data are handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (GDPR).

The data processed and stored are the fields that the respective form contains. Personal data is processed for grant recipients, applicants for scholarships or grants, their supervisors and co-applicants, as well as employees. We save the data as long as necessary for the purposes of the collection or as long as we have to store them by law. The processing is carried out by the Lundberg Foundations (data controller) and Minso Solutions AB (data processor).

We process and store data to establish and/or maintain a business relationship, administer, review, decide, evaluate and in other ways handle the documents created when forms are filled in.

You are entitled to request registry extracts, corrections, deletions, objections regarding processing of your information, where applicable and not in violation of the Archive Act, the Accounting Act or other applicable laws and regulations. To do this, contact the data protection officer. You also have the right to make complaints to the Data Protection Authority.

Your data will not be subject to automatic decision making or transferred to countries outside the ESS.
