At a meeting on April 12, 2016, the Lars Erik Lundberg Foundation for Research and Education approved research grants totaling SEK 3 830 500 for the following Projects:

PhD Åse Linné, Uppsala University, Division of Industrial Engineering and Management, for the project “The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Swedish construction sector”. A total of amount of SEK 946 500 was granted, distributed during a two year period.

PhD Gundula Lücke, Uppsala University, Department of Business Studies, for the project “Oppportunity recognition in Swedish multinational corporations”. A total of amount of SEK 2 064 000 was granted, distributed during a three year period.

Doctor of Technology Thomas Lennerfors, Uppsala University, Division of Industrial Engineering and Management, for the project “Maritim innovation för den svenska skogsindustrin”. A total of amount of SEK 820 000 was granted, distributed during a year.

Continued funding for 2016, for previously approved Projects:

Associate Professor Niklas Arvidsson, Royal Institute of Technology, Industrial Economics and Management, Stockholm, for the project: “Industrialization of Local Manual Service”. Approved amount: SEK 720 000.

Doctor of Economics, Sophie Nachemson-Ekwall, Stockholm School of Economics, SIR, for the project: “Institutional investors as long-term owners”. Approved amount: SEK 720 000.

PhD Marcus Lindahl, Uppsala University, Division of Industrial Engineering and Management, for the project: ”Sneaking in Innovation to Conservative Customers”. Approved amount: SEK 534 000.

Doctor of Economics, Jenny Lantz, Stockholm School of Economics, SIR, for the project “Scent-making: an exploration of value creation in the perfume field”. Approved amount: SEK 738 000.

University lecturer Lars Uppvall, Royal Institute of Technology, Industrial Economics and Management, Stockholm, for the project “Factory in practice: Effects of flow optimizing the product development”. Approved amount: SEK 513 000.
